# Trades

> Access historical trade executions across Polymarket and Kalshi.

The Trades endpoints expose individual executions across supported platforms. Each record carries price, size, direction, timestamps, and identifiers you can join back to markets or wallets.

Use them to analyze flow, profile wallets, and power dashboards or research pipelines. All trade calls use the same [parameterized retrieve](/docs/getting-started/quickstart) pattern with a platform-specific `agent_id` (details on each page below).

## Available platforms

> **[Polymarket Trades](/docs/trade-data/polymarket-trades)**
>
> Executions filtered by market, wallet, condition ID, direction, or time range — full on-chain-style fields for Polymarket flow.

> **[Kalshi Trades](/docs/trade-data/kalshi-trades)**
>
> Trade history by ticker and time window for regulated event contracts, aligned with the same response envelope as other endpoints.

## Common use cases

* **Flow analysis** — slice historical activity by market, side, or interval
* **Wallet intelligence** — follow execution patterns and tie fills to wallet analytics from other endpoints
* **Dashboards** — drive live or batched views of volume, prints, and participation
* **Verification** — reconcile executions against venue or chain records where applicable
* **Automation** — ingest fills into alerts, backtests, or downstream data stores on a unified response shape

For response envelopes, pagination, and `formatter_config`, see [API structure](/docs/reference/api-structure).
